If you want website visitors to keep coming back, make a point of keeping your website "fresh". Start with the homepage. On a regular basis, remove "stale" materials and change the image and main content that's visible on the homepage. Consider keep your homepage content in tune with the change of seasons or other themes -- have a back-to-school, springtime, fall, winter, and summer version of your homepage. Depending on your real estate specialty, you may want to change-up your homepage to focus, on a rotating basis, on various neighborhoods, or cycle between different types of properties.
Whatever approach you take, keeping your homepage fresh and new will encourage visitors to take a closer look at you.
