When we talk about something being "dynamic" we mean that it is something in motion, something changing or evolving.  The Internet is dynamic.  It's constantly changing.

Why am I telling you this?

If the internet is constantly changing, and you expect the Internet to be a good source of marketing leads, then you had better be constantly changing too. You have to keep up. The agent or broker with the best (Internet) tools, rules!

Here's a few suggestions...

  • Do a little homework in your spare time -- like Googling and reading up on 'keywords'.  You'll find this can pay off big.
  • Keep track of what's happening in technology with real estate. Good sources are RIS Media online and the National Association of Realtors site (www.realtor.org).
  • Constantly experiment with different offers on your website to see what works and what doesn't.  It's easy to add something to your website so you should be experimenting all the time to find out what's going to activate visitors the fastest.

These are just a few things.  The more you know, the better off you're going to be.  It won't be long before the Internet will be separating the proverbial "men from the boys" or (it's 2008 after all) the "women from the girls".  Make sure you're ready for when that happens.  You just can't know too much about the way business will be conducted over the Internet.
